Within City :
Free shipping for selected areas for minimum cart value of Rs.800. For other areas that do not cover our regular delivery zone, shipping charges are calculated at the time of shipment based on quantity and distance.

Other States within India:
For other states within India, Shipping charges are calculated at the time of shipment based on product weight and distance.

International Shipment:
For International Shipment, shipping charges are calculated at the time of shipment based on type of packing, product weight and destination country.

Shipping Policy –
1) When will my order be delivered?
Estimated delivery is given against each order. While sincere efforts are being made to deliver the products within the given time frame, factors like availability, festive seasons, courier delays are bound to happen. These factors are constantly monitored to keep any inordinate delays under control. The expected delivery timelines are: Chennai orders will be delivered in 2 business days. (From the date of order) Non-Chennai orders will be dispatched in 2 business days and will be delivered in 5 business days. (from the order date)

2) How will my order be delivered?
Deliveries across Chennai –
Our own delivery executives will deliver your order for orders within Chennai.

Deliveries across India and International delivery-
Order will be delivered by courier companies offering the best services are roped in to deliver your products safely for orders outside Chennai and India.

3) How will I get information regarding my order delivery?
Chennai: Customer will be called by our delivery team prior to their order getting dispatched. Non-Chennai & International order: Customer will receive the AWB No. at the registered email ID using which the tracking can be done using the tracking link attached to the email. The courier partner will get in touch with you prior to the delivery.

4) What happens when there is National Holiday?
Orders will not be Processed or Dispatched during National Holidays.

Complaints Policy
NOTE: 1) How long do I have to report a complaint regarding a product? Any complaint needs to be raised within 24 hours from the date of delivery. 2) What if delivery of the order is delayed beyond the given timeline? Chennai orders: Order will be arranged for delivery 2 to 3 business days. Non-Chennai orders: Only the dispatch date can be assured by Sairam Snacks. With respect to delivery (please find our delivery timeline) if it is beyond the mentioned delivery time, the issue will be raised with our courier partner and delivery will be arranged in 24-48hrs.

Refund Policy
1) What if the product is out of stock?
Information will be provided about the same and the product amount will be refunded as loyalty points.

2) How will I get my refund?
Refunds related to any order will be evaluated and will be issued as loyalty points which can be redeemed as store credit to place the subsequent order.

3) What if the items I have received are damaged?
Damages will be verified based on photographs of corresponding products shared by you. Based on the evaluation, the refund will be issued as loyalty points.

4) Is it possible for me to get the money refunded?
No, the refund will only be issued as loyalty points.

5) What if an item is missed out?
You will be notified well in advance regarding the missed out products. Apart from this, if there is a discrepancy in the order, it will be verified with the photographs of the products received against the photograph of the physical invoice attached along with your order.

6) What if I have a quality complaint?
The details regarding the quality complaint must be explained clearly to our customer support executive and the refund is clearly subjected to the management’s decision.

7) How long will it take for me to get my refund?
Anywhere between 48-72 business hours from the date of delivery.

8) How long do I have to report a complaint regarding a product?
